cafeteria, employee transport and robust physical security systems.
- Infrastructure and Location
While we have other, smaller CRM operations, we are now currently constructing
a 125-seat Call center for both inbound and outbound services. And unlike most
call centers, we have our own building set-up to specifically handle multiple
call centers’ needs and is connected 24 hrs a day.
- Power Backup
Besides our connections to the city’s main power grid, our building structure
is also powered by our own generators for redundancy and a guaranteed uptime
of 99.9 percent. Additionally, our environment is complete and fully-backed up
by multiple, hi-capacity UPS machines.
